We are a performance improvement consulting firm that empowers leaders and their teams to identify and eliminate organizational inefficiencies. The skills we teach are usable for any clinical or operational reliability need.

Instead, we focus on teaching you and your employees “how to fish” - to train you to logically and wisely solve your own organizational issues to build reliable, sustainable systems. For you to become problem-solving and culture-changing experts, we guide you and your teams through three phases:

EDUCATE
We educate your teams about reliability, systems thinking, and performance improvement methods. The key then is applying this through a linear pathway, which inspires your teams’ problem-solving capabilities.

ENGAGE
When people are entrusted with the ability to own their operational process or clinical outcome intervention strategies and resolutions, they have a vested interest in the results. The engage in the process, becoming more effective problem solvers. We facilitate that ownership by training you and/or your employees how to use our model to build reliability into your systems.

EMPOWER
Empowered people get things done. They see challenges differently. It becomes their challenge, rather than someone else’s problem or the “flavor-of-the-month.” But empowerment only emerges when people are given the opportunity to learn, trust to generate innovation for improvement, and begin to make changes and decisions together collaboratively.
